Jagoomart  Refund Policy

All parcels of Jagoomart will be delivered in closed box, that is, the parcel must be received by paying in advance at the time of delivery and after checking the product at the time of delivery, if you do not like it, you can return it, but the customer will have to bear the delivery charge. But the charging system is not for any product.
The delivery company’s job is only to deliver, in case of almost all tech or gadget products, especially those products which are battery operated, they must first be properly tested by charging for 3/6 hours, but the courier agent will definitely not wait for you for at least 2/3 hours to charge the device. Also we do not offer any option of instant return. Many people may say that they will charge it for 30 minutes and test it. This will not be possible because after charging it will have to be configured with the mobile. *Full unboxing video must be taken at home after receiving the product delivery.* If there is anything missing in the package or wrong product is delivered, this video must be sent to us as a proof and proper action will be taken after investigating. In case of wrong product delivery from our side, we will replace it at our own cost.

Return Policy:
All the products with warranty like 3 months, 6 months, 1 year etc. including all the products if any fault of the product is proved within 7 days from the date of invoice, send it to us by Sundarban Courier or Pathao or Redex or E-Courier or Steadfast or any other courier which office Courier to the following address with the courier who delivers (Do not send to SA Paribohon, they do not have office delivery service, so it may take an extra 3-7 days to go to their branch to collect the product, which will take more time for you to get the solution) –

Note: Before sending the product, it must be delivered with everything received and well boxed and wrapped. The product box cannot be taped. If there is no box, it should be taped with newspaper paper and sent to the courier. Return requests will not be accepted if the product or box is damaged due to improper packing or if it is not in resalable condition.
